A few months ago I found myself thinking, “HOW can I contribute more to this world while in these times?”, and even though the nudge was there already then, I hadn’t quite spent the time deeply listening, and allowing. 

It’s all about being in the flow of the Universe, isn’t it?

We help by being the TRUEST, most HEART-CENTERED version of ourselves. 

That’s how we heal the world the fastest. 

By going back to the heart, again and again and again. 

It’s not a destination - it’s a process. 

An awareness. 

A dialogue with our own selves. 

A willingness to show up, to listen to our thoughts, our emotions, and what our body is telling us. 

And by doing that, little by little, we begin to trust ourselves more. To love ourselves even more. Our intuition is accessible with greater ease. And along with that deep knowing, so too does our inner child feel better supported by the person we are today. And we begin to feel more anchored, stronger, and more determined to aim towards that future version of who we want to become. Who we know deep within our core and deepest desires that we are here to embody.

The rich and expansive process of self-awareness, of self-love, and in a sense, of spiritual awakening, is what I see many going through in these times. It’s probably in part what you are experiencing, if you felt drawn to work with me at this time.

And although when we get to look back, with deeper love and wisdom anchored in every cell of our body, with an understanding that the highs and the lows of the journey brought us to this new level of DEEP KNOWING, going through the process can sometimes be a little bit less smooth than we’d prefer.
