In Reiki Level 1, you will:

• learn about Reiki & the power of intention
• become connected to Reiki energy (via what is called an attunement),
• learn how to perform Reiki Self-Treatments & carry out the 21-day Reiki cleanse
• learn about the principles and history of Reiki,
• be exposed to other creative ways to use Reiki.
