Reiki Level 1 (Reiki for self-care) is the very first step and induction into the world of Reiki.

There are no prerequisites for this class! You do not need be a channel or healer already - you'll be connected to Reiki energy as part of this course. Just come as you are, with an open mind and heart! 

In this course, you will:

• become connected to Reiki energy (via what is called an attunement),
• learn how to perform Reiki Self-Treatments,
• learn about the principles and history of Reiki,
• be exposed to other creative ways to use Reiki.

This LIVE ONLINE COURSE runs on Zoom on weekends, starting at 9:30 a.m. Mountain time, from October 4th to 24th, 2020.
